Shoreline Sentinel Home Watch was founded by Rick Abdow who has over 30 years of experience in owning and managing office buildings, apartment buildings, duplexes, and townhouses, initially doing his own repairs, rentals, etc. His expertise is the unique ability to recognize a problem, determine the complexity of it and obtaining the appropriate resources to make recommendations to the owner to fix the problems before they cause disasters.

Rick Abdow has chaired the Latimer Point Public Works Committee for the last 8 years. His responsibility is maintaining its roads, beaches, docks, playground, lawns, etc.
