• HOME WATCH
  Watching your home while you are away. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on call. Feel comfortable leaving your home under the care of a professional.
• STORMS
  Upon request we will monitor your home during (if at all possible) and immediately after a storm, a hurricane, etc.
• ALARM RESPONSE
  We will respond to home security alarms, monitoring systems and high water alarms. Providing a 24-hour service.
• LAST MINUTE
  Did you forget to turn off your hot water heater? Questionable whether you set and or turned on or off your homes heat or air conditioning? Did you check to see that your home is secure?
• ABSENTEE OWNERS
  We offer customized attention to absentee owners and investors who require on site inspections for seasonal homes.
• INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
  Many insurance companies require regular monitoring of your home in order to allow your policy to remain valid in the case of long-term damage or mold.
• OPENING YOUR HOME
  Opening your home for your arrival. We can set up your home for you or a guest’s arrival. We adjust your heat and/or air conditioner, turn on your hot water tank, air out the house, flush toilets, run faucets.
• GROCERY SHOP
  Prior to your return from a trip or your winter residence, we will grocery shop for you with a short list of items such as coffee, milk, eggs, muffins, flowers, etc.
• SERVICE/ DELIVERIES
  We will meet and open your home for a sub contractor, service man or delivery.
• AIRPORT/ TRAIN
  We will provide limo services to or from Groton and T. F. Green airports and local train/bus stations.
• MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES
  We arrange for the emptying of dehumidifiers, short term plant watering, mail pick up, etc. We also provide snow plowing, shoveling and storm and heavy wind debris pick up.
• SPECIAL REQUESTS
  If you have a special request just call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
• REPORTING
  Shoreline Sentinel provides monthly detailed reports of the interior and exterior condition of your property. All serious concerns are documented with a digital camera and e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you immediately for your review.
• CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
  All clients’ transactions and business remains confidential. Signed confidentiality agreements are available. Your private life is just that, private.
